Metrics

A metric is a measurable value (such as average evaluation score) that defines the criteria for an evaluation template . A metric is defined within the column. To add a metric, you must create or edit an QCscorecard, create or edit a column, and then select the metric from within the column. See Columns to learn more.

To see the QC scorecards which use a certain metric, click an item in the Metric Name column (in the Metrics tab). The grid at the bottom of the page displays the QC scorecards that use the selected metric. The Display Name (defined when you create/edit the column) is also displayed in the grid.

Access the Metrics window to view the list of available metrics and a description of each metric (go to Administration > Metrics).
